Kristen Campbell Joins FNBT

Beloit, WI, December 20, 2023 – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT), is pleased to announce the hire of Kristen Campbell as Wealth Group Operations Manager.

Kristen is an industry professional with 25 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She further pursued specialized training to enhance her financial expertise, earning a trust operations professional certificate from the Cannon Financial Institute and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

In her new role, her key responsibilities include overseeing the back-office settlement of trades and cash operations, managing the opening and closing of client accounts, and implementing process improvements to accomplish department objectives more efficiently.

Outside of work, Kristen actively participates in CrossFit, enjoys reading, and watches several cooking shows. She also dedicates her time to supporting her children at their soccer and dance events. A resident of Rockton, Illinois, Kristen will be based at FNBT’s office located at 345 E Grand Avenue, Beloit, Wisconsin.
