Request to Delete Mobile App Data
To request deletion of your Mobile App Data, please call us at 1-800-667-4401.
Once the request has been processed, all data associated with the App will be deleted.
The following data may be affected:
- Payments initiated by the user
- Alerts, notifications, and other user settings
- User will not be able to login to the App
- User data will not be removed from the the bank systems or its third party vendors
Certain data may be retained for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance. Deletion will not affect your account or transactional data, or data required by law to be kept by the bank.
Data regarding your accounts held at the bank will still be maintained as per FNBT’s
Privacy Policy.
