FNBT Announces Two Officer Promotions

Beloit, WI, April 03, 2024 – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce the following officer promotions.
 

Spring Almanza has been promoted to Solutions Center Manager and Officer. Spring joined FNBT in 2016 as a teller and served in various roles before joining the customer support team. Now, in her role as Solutions Center Manager, Spring oversees both the Customer Support and Business Connection teams. Together they work to provide sound advice and deliver effective and timely solutions for FNBT customers’ banking needs. Spring fosters a collaborative environment and drives team culture to ensure the solutions team can provide the best possible support and service.
 
Spring holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and an Associates of Arts from Rock Valley College. Active in the community, Spring volunteers for Beloit Area Crime Stoppers, where she currently serves as treasurer. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and crafting. Spring is a native of South Beloit, Illinois and currently resides in Evansville, Wisconsin.

Jarod Schut has been promoted to First Vice President (FVP), Trust Investment Officer. Jarod has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, joining FNBT in 2017. He is responsible for settling estates, performing agency services, and administrating trusts and guardianships for clients. Additionally, Jarod facilitates and implements investment policy across the Wealth management group’s client relationships. Jarod graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration where he double majored in finance and economics. He has earned the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) professional certification, the Certified Financial Planner™ certification, and has several investment designations including Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
 
Jarod currently resides in Beloit, Wisconsin with his wife Alicia and their two sons. In his free time, Jarod enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family. Jarod splits his time between FNBT’s Grand Ave location in Beloit, Wisconsin and Walworth, Wisconsin branch.
