Transition Process
The new Business Online and Mobile Banking experience at First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) will be available Monday, September 28. On or before 9/23, login to the current Business Online and modify any future-dated or recurring transactions with a settlement date of 9/26, 9/27, 9/28, or 9/29. Change the settlement date to 9/25 or 9/30 or after.

QuickBooks or Quicken Users - complete one final download from Business Online Banking

Mobile Banking App unavailable at 3:00 pm

Online Banking & Telephone Banking unavailable at 6:00 pm

ACH & Wire Users - on or before 9/28, download and install the Symantec VIP digital token

Positive Pay & ACH Blocks & Filters Users – Login to the upgraded system before 11:00 CT to review exception items. Exceptions will default to “Return”. This default decision can be change to “Pay” before the 11:00 cut off time if you choose.

Remote Deposit Capture Users – to make deposits on the upgraded system, ensure your Digital Check TS240 scanner is installed.
