The weekend of September 25, 2020, First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is upgrading to an improved digital platform to help make life easier for you!

First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is excited to announce an upgrade to our core banking system and digital banking experience that will take place over the weekend of September 25, 2020. We want to be certain we stay ahead of the curve as technology advances and improve the overall banking experience to benefit our family of customers. 

On Monday, September 28, you will notice enhancements to your Online Banking environment and Mobile Banking App. The improved online experience is more current and intuitive, making it easier for you to bank using your phone, laptop, iPad or tablet.

What is not changing with this upgrade

  • Your account number(s) will not change
  • Your First National Bank debit card will not change
  • Your direct deposits will continue uninterrupted
  • Automatic and scheduled payments & transfers will continue uninterrupted

Key actions for you to take for a seamless transition

  • If you are a user of FNBT's online bill payment service, review bills & schedule any payments prior to September 21
  • On or after September 28:
    • Download the upgraded mobile banking app(s)
    • Review payments, payees, and recurring payments for accuracy
    • Re-establish account alerts
    • Re-enroll in text banking
    • Re-enroll in automated telephone banking (formerly known as Telebank)
    • Re-enroll for eBills within FNBT's upgraded online bill payment service

Important things to know about upgrade weekend

  • Your current Mobile Banking app will become unavailable at 3 pm CT on Friday, Sept 25
  • Your current Online Banking will become unavailable at 6 pm CT on Friday, Sept 25
  • Telebank Automated Telephone Banking access will become unavailable at 6 pm CT on Friday, Sept 25
  • All FNBT Branch locations will be closed Saturday, Sept 26 
  • FNBT's Customer Support Team will be available by phone on Saturday, Sept 26 from 7:30 - noon by calling 800-667-4401
  • Your upgraded online banking environment will become available on Monday, Sept 28
  • Download the new mobile banking app on or after Monday, Sept 28 from the App Store or Google Play 
  • All FNBT branch locations will re-open on Monday, Sept 28. Drive-ups will be open for regular business hours and branch lobbiles will be open 10 am to 2 pm.
