Effective March 2, 2018, First National Bank and Trust will no longer accept stale dated ACH files. 

Dated ACH Files

As FNBT enhances customer service by offering faster payment options, ensuring the effective entry date on ACH files is accurate is key. Therefore, as of March 2, FNBT will no longer accept stale dated ACH files. 

If you experience an issue or error message during the ACH Manager upload process, please check the date of your ACH file. If the file is stale dated, please contact your software company to have your output NACHA file adjusted. 

If the date within your file is future dated and you receive an error message, please contact our Business Connection team at 888.255.2114. 

Premium ACH Services Available March 2

Premium ACH Services will also become available on March 2, 2018. Premium service includes Same Day ACH - allowing an ACH file to be submited on the same day of settlement.*
