Lisa Zeimetz Graduates from Risk Management School

Beloit, WI - First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Lisa Zeimetz, senior vice president and compliance officer, has successfully completed the American Bankers Association’s (ABA) Risk Management School. The curriculum is designed to provide bankers with comprehensive instruction in core regulations focused on risk management, and the knowledge on maintaining appropriate levels of governance, risk mitigation, monitoring, and reporting across each of the risk categories, including credit risk, operational risk, market risk, and several others.
Zeimetz joined FNBT in August 2015 and now has nearly 20 years of banking experience. In her role, Lisa manages the administration of compliance and risk management activities and procedures to ensure the bank remains in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She also chairs the bank’s Regulatory Compliance Committee and is responsible for administering the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program. Active in the community, Zeimetz volunteers with the YWCA Northwestern Illinois, participating on planning committees for the annual Leader Luncheon and co-chairing the Wine, Women & Purses event. She also assists the Downtown Beloit Association (DBA) with various events, and represents the bank on the DBA’s Economic Vitality Committee.
