Wanda Moucha Earns Banking Industry Certification

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Wanda Moucha, deposit operations manager, has recently earned the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation through the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) Electronic Payments Association.
This certification demonstrates commitment to the banking profession and shows knowledge of the NACHA operating rules, ACH Network and other payment systems, understanding of ACH products and applications, risk management and policy issues, marketing of ACH services, and various regulations and requirements across payment channels. The designation requires annual continuing education to maintain the accreditation.
Moucha has over 35 years of bank experience, all with FNBT. She joined the bank while in high school through a Cooperative Education Program in partnership with Clinton High School in Clinton, Wisconsin. As deposit operations manager, Moucha is responsible for managing the overall deposit operations and customer support functions of the bank, developing and implementing programs and procedures to support the bank’s products and services, and ensuring the accuracy to achieve outstanding results.
