Marie Strombeck Joins Board of Stateline Boys & Girls Club

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Marie Strombeck, senior vice president retail banking, has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of the Stateline Boys & Girls Club in Beloit, WI, a not for profit organization dedicated to serving youth between the ages of six to 18, by providing them with after-school and summer programs including education and career, character and leadership, health and life skills, as well as sports, fitness and recreation, to help support future success of the youth.

In her role at FNBT, Strombeck has oversight for the bank’s retail banking division throughout the bank’s footprint. She is responsible for monitoring new developments in retail delivery methods and market needs, developing the retail strategic plan, and the overall performance of the retail branch network.
Strombeck joined the bank in October 1997 and now has more than 35 years of banking experience. She holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in business management and has an extensive background in bank branch management prior to coming to FNBT.
Active in the community, Marie is a member of the Downtown Beloit Association’s (DBA) design committee member, and she regularly volunteers for DBA’s Street Dance and Octoberfest fundraising events. She resides in South Beloit with her husband, Steve.
