FNBT Partners with Friends of Riverfront to bring “Rio!” to Beloit

Beloit, WI – In partnership with Friends of Riverfront (FOR), First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) is excited to bring the 2011 animated movie “Rio!” to Riverside Park in Beloit on Friday, August 19. Movie on the Big Lawn is one of Friends of Riverfront’s biggest events of the year and families are encouraged to join the fun at Riverside Park and see the movie on a 50-foot inflatable big screen. The free event is open to the public.
“There’s something really special about this event each year,” said Theresa Wendhausen, branding and communications officer for FNBT and FOR board member. “We’re proud of this great annual tradition on the big lawn and hope that families will join us for this fun family event.” FNBT has been a major sponsor of the Movie on the Big Lawn for several years and will be giving away sunglasses to movie attendees. The event starts at 6:30pm with food and games with the movie starting at 8:30pm on the big lawn at the Jones Pavilion. A rain date is set for August 21.
