Lisa Zeimetz Joins First National Bank and Trust as Compliance Officer

Beloit, WI - First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Lisa Zeimetz has joined the company as vice president and compliance officer.
In her role, Zeimetz will manage the administration of compliance and risk management activities and procedures for the bank to ensure that the bank remains in compliance with applicable procedures, laws and regulations. She will also chair the bank’s Regulatory Compliance Committee and is responsible for administering the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program in addition to assisting the bank’s BSA officer in all aspects of the corporate-wide Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Zeimetz is based at FNBT’s main office in Beloit, WI.
Zeimetz comes to FNBT with 16 years of banking experience, most recently as a loan servicing and collection manager, and special assets manager for another financial institution. Active in the community, Zeimetz was elected to the Lee County Board and is a member of the Finance Committee. She is the secretary for the Lee County Industrial Development Association and a member of the Environmental Safety and Control Board of Review for the Woodhaven Association.
