FNBT Announces Promotions | Gail Daer & Renae Stevens

Beloit, WI, January 23, 2019First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) proudly announces the promotion of two individuals as approved at a recent board meeting.

Photo of Gail DaerGail Daer has been promoted to vice president – branch manager of FNBT’s Roscoe, Illinois branch located at 5360 Bridge Street. In her role, she is responsible for day to day branch operations, coaching and developing branch staff to help them achieve personal goals, and providing exceptional customer service to the bank’s consumer and business customers. Daer began her banking career 30 years ago and worked as a teller as well as in the operations department of a bank before being promoted to the position of branch manager. She joined the FNBT family in 2006. A graduate of Rock Valley College, Daer has completed the Crestcom Leadership series. Her community involvement includes the annual “Shop with a Hero” fundraiser, and she is a member of the Stateline Chamber of Commerce. Daer’s experience and knowledge positions her well to provide Sound Advice to customers and businesses in order to help them become financially successful. Gail and her husband reside in Roscoe.

Photo of Renae StevensWith nearly 25 years of years banking experience, Renae Stevens has been promoted to vice president – branch manager of FNBT’s Winnebago, Illinois office located at 500 N Elida Street. She is responsible for coaching and developing branch staff, providing Sound Advice to the bank’s customers, and managing the branch operations. Prior to working in banking, Stevens was a small business owner managing a salon. She entered the banking industry a few years later and graduated from the Midwest School from Community Bankers. Since then, she has completed FNBT’s Leadership Development Program, and has served in many roles including teller, operations manager, personal banker, and proof operator, before being promoted to branch manager. Her small business expertise and knowledge of banking allows her to provide Sound Advice to customers and businesses to help them become financially successful. Stevens is an active member of the community and served as a board member for the Winnebago Chamber of Commerce for the past 10 years. She resides in Byron, Illinois with her two sons, Chase and Chandler.
