Banking Manager Recognized as Rising Star in Banking

Beloit, WI – Jennifer Kruchten, senior vice president and commercial banking manager for First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) was recently honored by NorthWestern Financial Review magazine as a 2015 Rising Star in Banking. Each summer, the publication recognizes bankers under the age of 45 who have worked in banking for at least 10 years and have made significant contributions to their bank, industry, and community. Seven bankers were honored in 2015 from banks throughout the Midwest.
Jennifer was recognized for her work not only as a commercial banker, but for her work with customers, mentoring of employees and her negotiation skills. She has taken several industry and leadership courses, most recently completing the Glenn Shepard Management Seminar in Rockford, Illinois. Beyond her work experience, Jennifer is very involved in the community. She has volunteered her time to the City of Rockford Community Development Loan Committee, Boys and Girls Club, CONTACT, Junior Achievement, Agency Resource Center, Rockford Area Arts Council and Remedies Renewing Lives (formerly known as Phase/Wave). She is currently a board member of Edgewood Lakes Condo Association and a member of the Rockford Chamber’s Lead 360 group.
