First National Bank and Trust Celebrates American Housing Month & Receives Award

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust was recently recognized as a 2014 Million Dollar Lender Award recipient by the USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) Program in Wisconsin. The award recognized lenders throughout Wisconsin that approved more than $1 million in GRH loans during 2014, helping more than 3,200 households in Wisconsin purchase a home of their own. This announcement comes as national American Housing Month wraps up.
Throughout the summer, FNBT will continue to provide consumers with valuable housing information. Tips for both renters and homeowners will include choosing the right housing option, getting a loan, improving your credit score, going green and saving for a down payment.
