Chelsea Ballou Joins NHA Board

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Chelsea Ballou, marketing innovations and analytics officer, has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of Nutrition and Health Associates (NHA) in Janesville, WI, a private, not for profit organization dedicated to maternal and child nutrition and health.

In her role at FNBT, Ballou is responsible for new marketing channel strategies, marketing analytics and sales performance initiatives, as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO). She has an extensive background in website management, direct mail marketing, and project management, all of which will also support the needs of NHA as they continue to serve the Janesville and Beloit communities.

Ballou is a member of the American Bankers Association (ABA) Marketing Network and graduated from the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management (SBMM) in 2008. In 2015, she earned the designation of Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) through the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB), a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association (ABA). Ballou is also a member of the Government Affairs Advisory Council for the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Roscoe, Illinois with her husband and three children.
