FNBT Announces Promotions

Beloit, WI, December 19, 2017First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) proudly announces the promotion of four individuals as approved at a recent board meeting.

Photo of Lisa ZeimetzLisa Zeimetz has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Compliance and CRA Officer. Zeimetz joined FNBT in 2015 and has completed several industry training courses and certifications, including the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB), a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association. As Compliance and CRA Officer, she manages the administration of compliance and risk management activities and procedures, to ensure that the bank remains in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She also chairs the bank’s Regulatory Compliance Committee and is responsible for administering the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program. Active in the community, Lisa volunteers with the YWCA of Northwestern Illinois, and recently joined the Downtown Beloit Association’s Economic Restructuring Committee.

Photo of Laura KlocknerWith nearly 15 years of experience in banking, Laura Klockner has been promoted to Assistant BSA Officer. Laura came to FNBT in 2010 as a teller supervisor of the bank’s Winnebago office. In 2014, she joined the accounting department and was quickly promoted to Accountant/BSA Administrator. As Assistant BSA Officer, Laura is responsible for reviewing transaction reports to ensure the bank complies with the bank secrecy act (BSA). Laura graduated from University of Wisconsin – Stout in 2008, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in retail merchandising and management. She volunteers with Beloit Meals on Wheels.


Photo of Keith McCormickKeith McCormick has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer serving the Monroe, Wisconsin market, after recently earning the Credit Risk Certification (CRC) designation from the Risk Management Association (RMA), a professional association serving the financial services industry. McCormick joined FNBT in 2010 as a commercial banking trainee, and moved to Monroe, Wisconsin in 2011 as a commercial banker. His responsibilities include lending in the best interest of both the customer and the bank as well as attentive listening to his clients to provide sound advice. He has completed several banking related courses and was a part of the Green County Leaders class of 2012-2013. His volunteer activities include Habitat for Humanity of Green County, the Young Professionals of Green County, and he regularly volunteers during the Green County Cheese Days festival.

Photo of Wanda MouchaWanda Moucha has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager. Moucha has over 35 years of bank experience, all with FNBT. She joined the bank while in high school through a Cooperative Education Program in partnership with Clinton High School in Clinton, Wisconsin. As deposit operations manager, Moucha is responsible for managing the overall deposit operations functions of the bank, developing and implementing programs and procedures to support the bank’s products and services, and ensuring the accuracy to achieve outstanding results. By providing Sound Advice, she strives to help customers with their financial needs to help them succeed financially. Moucha has earned the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation through the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) Electronic Payments Association.
