Kristina Duber Promoted to Branch Manager

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Kristina Duber has been promoted to Branch Manager for the bank’s Delavan branch located at 1221 S Shore Drive in Delavan, Wisconsin.
Duber joined FNBT in June 2021 working most recently as Assistant Branch Manager of the Walworth, Wisconsin branch. Since then, she has completed several training courses through the American Bankers Association, including receiving certification for bank teller and branch manager. In her new role, Duber will be responsible for providing Sound Advice to the bank’s customers and community members to help them reach their financial goals, managing the day-to-day branch operations, and developing her branch staff through coaching and training.
Active in the community, Duber is currently serving a second term on the Harvard Community Unit School District 50 Board of Education where she chairs the agriculture/horticulture committee and sits on the building trades, curriculum and facility committees. She volunteers with her church, the Harvard Care Center, FFA events, and many local community events throughout the year. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and traveling. Duber lives in Harvard, Illinois with her husband Rus. Together they have four daughters and three dogs.
