Geoff Roemerman Joins FNBT

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Geoff Roemerman has joined the bank as Senior Vice President (SVP) Director of Customer Experience and Innovation.

Roemerman comes to FNBT with 16 years of banking experience, working most recently as a district manager for another financial institution. In his new role at FNBT, he will be responsible for the development of the bank’s customer experience strategy, monitoring competitive trends, providing timely and strategic points of view around emerging trends and opportunities, and collecting feedback from customer facing teams to derive meaningful customer insights for continuous improvements. This role is both strategic and “hands on” giving him the opportunity to work alongside various teams within First National Bank and Trust.

Roemerman attended the University of Cincinnati and earned his Lean Six Sigma certification from Northern Illinois University. In the past, he volunteered with Alignment Rockford, and was a member of the board of directors of RAMP Center for Independent Living in Rockford, Illinois. A resident of Rockton, he and his wife, Ashley, have two children, Ethan and Isaac, and two Vizslas, Tessie and Ellie. The Roemerman family is committed to the area and excited to raise their children here. In his free time, he enjoys running and working on old cars. Roemerman will be based at FNBT’s Beloit-Operations Center.
