FNBT Welcomes New Team Members

Beloit, WI, December 20, 2024 – First National Bank and Trust Company (FNBT) is pleased to announce the addition of three professionals to its team: Kim Bittner as Vice President, Dedicated Banking Officer, Luchika Lamick as First Vice President, Controller, and Joanna Miranda as Branch Manager and Officer. Each brings extensive experience and expertise, enhancing FNBT’s ability to deliver exceptional service and personalized financial solutions to its customers.
Kim Bittner joins the FNBT team as Vice President, Dedicated Banker. With 35 years of banking experience, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and a customer-focused approach to her role. Previously, she served as a Private Banker at a financial institution in Northern Illinois.
As a Dedicated Banker, Kim will focus on delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong customer relationships. She specializes in providing personalized financial advice and solutions that meet the unique needs of FNBT’s customers.
Kim began her banking career as a teller while completing her education. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Rockford University, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and podcasts, spending quality time with family, and visiting local supper clubs. She also stays active by working out and walking her dogs.
Luchika Lamick joins FNBT’s Accounting team as First Vice President, Controller. With over 18 years of banking experience, including roles as Branch Manager, Financial Analyst, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer, Luchika brings a proven track record of expertise in financial operations. At FNBT, she will oversee daily accounting operations, lead the accounting team, and provide strategic support to the finance team.
Luchika holds two master’s degrees, a Master of Science in Geography from Chernivtsi State University in Ukraine and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in Elgin, IL. Her commitment to professional development includes completing the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) Financial Managers School in 2016 and 2024, as well as graduating from Jody Holland’s Leadership Academy in 2022.
Luchika resides in Harvard, Illinois, with her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, trapshooting, and learning horseback riding.
Joanna Miranda joins FNBT’s Retail Banking team as Branch Manager and Officer for the Clinton location. With 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Joanna brings a strong background in retail banking and a passion for customer service. In her new role she will oversee branch operations, foster a collaborative team environment,and focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Joanna earned her master’s degree in psychology from Jagiellonian University in Poland, where she was born and raised. She holds several professional certifications, including Certified Credit Counselor, Series 6 and 63 Investment licenses, and a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license.
Joanna is actively engaged in the community having supported organizations such as Walk for Wishes, United Way, Neenah Animal Shelter, and Feeding America. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping with her family, riding UTVs and snowmobiles, and writing poetry.
