Stacey Sheldon Earns Industry Certification

Beloit, WI – First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) is pleased to announce that Stacey Sheldon, Deposit Services Team Lead, has recently earned the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.
 

Photo-of-Stacey-Sheldon.jpgThis certification demonstrates commitment to the banking profession and shows knowledge of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) operating rules, ACH Network and other payment systems, understanding of ACH products and applications, risk management and policy issues, marketing of ACH services, and various regulations and requirements across payment channels. The designation requires annual continuing education to maintain the accreditation.

Sheldon has over 30 years of banking experience, of which 18 years have been with First National. She joined the FNBT family in April of 2003 as a personal banker at the Beloit-Cranston Road location and has held several positions prior to her current role, including being one of the team of three people to start the call center for the bank. In her role as Deposit Services Team Lead, Sheldon is responsible for working collaboratively with item repair, working on charge offs and verbal repayment plans, ACH file processing, and updating current procedures. In her free time, she likes to read, spend time with her family, and go on walks with her dog, Molly. Sheldon is located at FNBT’s Beloit-Operations Center.
