First National Bank & Trust Company Launches
Volunteerism Incentive Program
As part of First National Bank and Trust Company's ongoing commitment to actively supporting the communities they serve, a volunteer incentive program, "Commitment to Community"s, has been launched. First National Bank encourages their employees to help close the link and make their communities stronger by volunteering their time and talents to one or more of many valuable organizations. The program has been developed and implemented to create an awareness of volunteer opportunities in the local communities and offer incentives to encourage associates to offer their time and talents to the local communities. First National Bank and Trust Company hopes to develop higher standards of community commitment and increase the number of associates that volunteer through the implementation of this program. First National Bank and Trust Company is a diversified financial services corporation headquartered in Beloit, Wisconsin, with $550 million in assets. Chartered in 1882, First National Bank and Trust Company now serves more than 25,000 households in six communities and ten locations in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Steven M. Eldred, President and Chief Executive Officer, is the fourth generation of his family to lead the Bank. Commitment to full service banking, investments, asset management and exceptional service has positioned First National Bank and Trust Company as a stateline leader in the industry.
