First National Bank and Trust Company Announces Recent Appointments of Residential Loan Officers

First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointments of Don Freund and Heather Nieves to the position of Residential Loan Originator.  Don is located at First National Bank's 218 North Walworth, Darien, WI location and Heather is located at the 5360 Bridge Street location in Roscoe, IL.

Don joins First National Bank with 19 years of mortgage lending experience.  Prior to accepting his new role, he worked at a community bank in Racine.  Don graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Finance and has completed Wisconsin Banker's Association courses focusing on Lending Principles, Personal Banking and Consumer Credit. 

Heather joins First National Bank with 6 years of banking experience.  Most recently, she worked as an assistant Branch Manager within the industry.  Heather is actively involved in her community, volunteering her time as Treasurer of Studio 11 Dance Company's Booster Club. 

As Residential Loan Originators, Don and Heather will be originating mortgages and soliciting new mortgage business through sales efforts with realtors and builder associations in the communities they serve.  They will offer expertise to homebuyers purchasing or refinancing a home and developing programs to suit individual customer needs.
