First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointment of Doug Raupp to the position of Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer.  Doug joins First National Bank and Trust Company with 24 years of banking experience.  Most recently, Doug worked for US Bank in Freeport, IL where he held the position of Market President.  As VP-Commercial Loan Officer at First National Bank, Doug will serve the Illinois market and be based at our Rockton branch location.  He will be responsible for commercial loan growth, business development efforts and maintaining and monitoring the existing loan portfolio.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois Universitsy.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant and attended the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.  Doug is actively involved in United Way, Junior Achievement, Chicagoland AIB and Kiwanis.   Doug and his wife, Rachel, reside in Freeport and have two sons, Jacob and Jared.  The Raupp family plans to relocate to the Rockton/Roscoe community in 2007.
