First National Bank and Trust Company Announces Promotions of Three Officers First National Bank and Trust Company announces the promotions of three officers: Marie Strombeck, Jeff Schaub and Laura Pomerene. Marie Strombeck has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Retail Banking. She joined First National Bank in October 1997 with over 15 years of banking experience. Most recently, Marie held the position of Vice President of Retail Banking. Jeff Schaub has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer. He joined the Bank in April 1997 as MIS Manager and brought seven years of banking experience. Jeff most recently held the position of Vice President - Chief Information Officer Laura Pomerene has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President - Marketing Director. Laura joined First National Bank in November 2004 as AVP, Marketing Information Manager. Prior to joining First National, she specialized in Database Marketing for more than six years in the banking industry. Laura holds the professional designation of Certified Financial Marketing Professional and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management.
