First National Bank & Trust Company Names New Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager 

Beloit, Wisconsin, May 19, 2008 - First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointment of Elaine Ribarich to the position of Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of its 345 East Grand Avenue, Beloit location.  Elaine joins First National Bank with 35 years of banking experience.  Most recently, she held the position of Branch Manager at a local financial institution.  Within her new role, Elaine will be responsible for actively soliciting new business and developing customer relationships. 

Elaine is a graduate of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Management School and holds Wisconsin licenses for Life and Credit Life Insurance.  She is also actively involved in her community, serving as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels.
