First National Bank and Trust Company Names New Commercial Loan Officers 

Beloit, Wisconsin, January 9, 2008 - First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointments of Laurie Miller and Marsha Shipman to the position of Assistant Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer.   

Laurie joins First National Bank with eight years of banking experience.  Most recently she held the position of Assistant Vice President at a community bank.  Laurie holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  She also attended the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Banker Association's Commercial Lending School.   

Marsha comes to First National with fourteen years of banking experience, most recently holding the position of Assistant Vice President Commercial Loan Officer.  She is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) and actively involved in her community.  Marsha volunteers as the Secretary/Treasurer of People Against a Violent Environment, a domestic abuse shelter, and as Treasurer of her local United Way 

As Commercial Loan Officers, Laurie and Marsha will serve the Clinton and Darien markets, respectively.  They will be responsible for commercial loan growth and business development.
