Lake Superior North Shore Autumn

September 27-October 2

The North Shore Scenic Drive of Lake Superior is a voyage through some of America's most unspoiled lands. This scenic drive is a paved line between rugged boreal forests aglow with brilliant fall foliage and the rocky lake shoreline. It is the land of the Sawtooth Mountains, dramatic cliffs above Lake Superior, cascading waterfalls, and the Superior National Forest. You may see eagles, loon or moose, or hear the howl of a wolf. Come, explore Minnesota's beautiful autumn. Highlights: North Shore Scenic Drive, Lutsen Mountain Aerial Tram, iconic Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, North Shore Scenic Railroad, Grand Marais, Grand Portage National Monument, Duluth, the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore Cruise and more.
