Signing up for First National Bank and Trust's
Internet Banking is easy!
If you have never been into our Internet Bank site you will need to go
through the sign up process. When you click on the "I Accept" button below
you will go to a screen where you will be asked a few questions. Most of
these questions are the standard ones we are all familiar with. Several do
require specific information about your account. Please be prepared by
having your account number available when you proceed.
In addition to the standard questions, you will be asked to provide a
Security Question and Answer. Your Security Question and Answer will be used
to establish your identity if you ever need to call First National Bank
about your Internet Banking account. You select both your Security Question
and Answer. An example of a Security Question would be "What was the name of
my first pet?". When calling to request changes to your Internet Banking
account, you will be asked your Security Question, and you will need to
provide the correct Answer to receive support. When determining your
question and answer, please make sure that you indicate one that is easily
remembered and the answer does not change. For security reasons, we do not
display the current question and answer that we have on file.
If you currently have a TeleBanc Personal ID Number, you will have immediate
access to Internet banking. If not, your request for Internet banking access
will be forwarded to the bank where a temporary Access ID and Password will
be assigned. Note: your Access ID and Password are case sensitive at log
in. These two pieces of information will be sent to you separately in
the mail to reduce the risk of mail delivery intervention.
