First National Bank and Trust Announces Two Promotions in their Information Technology Department First National Bank and Trust Company announces the promotions of Pat Jacobs and Adam Guetschow. Pat Jacobs has been promoted to End-User Support Manager. Pat will primarily focus on the needs of the end users while managing the Help Desk. He will manage day-to-day service delivery problems and work on special projects as assigned. Pat joined the Bank on May 22, 2002 as the PC Support Manager. On February 9, 2004, he was promoted to the position of Systems Analyst, broadening his experience. Pat obtained his B.S. in Management Information Systems from Millikin University in May 2002 and is a graduate of Hononegah High School. Adam Guetschow has been promoted to IT Project Administrator/Webmaster. Adam will provide informational technology operations systems support for the Bank's network infrastructure. He will also act as the Bank's primary webmaster as well as prepare and maintain systems procedures and documentation. Adam joined us on November 17, 2003 as Computer Operator. In March 2004, he was then promoted to PC Support Manager. Adam graduated from UW-Whitewater with a BBA in Computer End-User Technologies in 2002 after attending F.J. Tuner High School.
