First National Bank and Trust Company announces the recent appointment of Mike Cuccinelli to Assistant Vice President/Operations Manager.  Mike assumes leadership responsibilities for Loan Operations in addition to his current duties as Manager of Deposit Operations.

Mike joined First National Bank and Trust Company in January 2003 as Operations Manager.  Mr. Cuccinelli has been in banking for thirty-three years and brings a wealth of experience to this position.  Mike is a member of the Rock Valley Ski Association and resides in Rockford with his wife Julia.
